Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team at HammondCare North Turramurra. The successful candidate will provide tailored care and support to residents with varying levels of dementia, helping to create a home away from home in our residential cottages.

Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care, including showering, grooming, and toileting
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Recognise and respond to changes in the condition of residents within your skills and competencies
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience working in a residential setting with dementia residents
- Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
