Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement total rewards strategies that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with benefit providers and salary survey vendors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide expert advice on reward and benefits matters to stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform reward and benefits decisions.
- Communicate reward and benefits information to employees and stakeholders.
