Housekeeping Associate

Ensuring a smooth guest experience is crucial in this hospitality role. As a Room Attendant, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of hotel rooms.

• Housekeeping: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms to maximize guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Guest Services: Attend to guest requests and report any maintenance concerns.
• Room Preparation: Perform check-out, service, and deep cleaning of rooms according to brand standards.
• Team Collaboration: Assist the wider Housekeeping Team as needed.
• Maintenance: Maintain equipment and pantries in clean and working order.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping environment in a hotel or resort.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
• Operational Knowledge: Knowledge of safe working habits, chemical handling, and hotel operations (desirable).
