Job Title: Associate - Data Centre

The Data Centre team is growing, and we're looking for a skilled professional to manage projects in this critical area.

This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of complex data centre projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cost estimating and planning software, as well as experience in MEP and heavy services projects.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Cost engineering on mission-critical projects
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and main contractors
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Master-planning and feasibility budgeting
  • Cost checking of developing designs
  • Tender evaluations and analysis
  • Cash flow management
  • Procurement
  • Cost reporting
  • Final account reporting
  • Claims preparation, presentation, negotiation, and settlement of claims
  • Investment analysis

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
  • Extensive experience in cost estimating and planning software
  • Experience in MEP and heavy services projects
  • A proven track record of managing major projects
  • Experience managing mission-critical projects or similar projects of complex design
