Job Title

Our organization seeks a Technology Leadership professional to spearhead the direction and delivery of key technology platforms.

As an integral member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for building a practice of highly skilled software engineers that work in autonomous cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include setting a technical vision, driving ownership accountability, ensuring engineering practices are set evolved and adhered to, managing technology costs effectively, and supporting business outcomes within agile delivery approach management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience leading cross functional engineering teams with a DevOps mindset
  • Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology and development practices such as TDD Kanban Lean etc.
  • Experience working in environments following Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment and Configuration Management practices

Desirable Skills:

  • Some experience with React and JavaScript
