About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to their community, develop new skills, and gain experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping rescue pre-loved clothing from landfills, support vulnerable people across Australia, and be part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage customers, process transactions, sort and price donations, create displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • A friendly attitude and sociable nature
  • Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks
  • A commitment to your nominated shift and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
Application Process:
  • No resume is required; simply share your reasons for interest
  • A friendly interview in-store, followed by a National Police check (paid by Red Cross)
  • An induction into the organisation and Retail program
