Senior Leadership Opportunity

This executive role offers a unique chance to lead infrastructure strategy and advisory at a whole-of-government level.

As a key leader, you will provide high-level advice to senior leaders on major infrastructure projects, delivery models, commercial risks, and market opportunities ensuring long-term value for the State.

You will lead oversight of large-scale procurement and public private partnerships (PPPs), guide policy to support effective infrastructure delivery, and develop strategic relationships across government, industry, and markets to influence future infrastructure outcomes.

  • Significant experience advising on complex infrastructure projects, including market analysis, delivery models, and governance
  • Proven expertise in business case development and managing commercial risk in large, complex organisations
  • Demonstrated success leading high-value contract negotiations and achieving strategic outcomes
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance policy, delivery, and long-term public value
  • A collaborative leadership style that motivates teams and fosters high performance
  • The ability to build trusted relationships across government, industry, and the private sector

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with government objectives
  • Provide expert advice on commercial risks and market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes
