We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Order Processing and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Denbies Group. This role involves managing the complete order cycle for retail partners, including DIY retailers, grocery chains, discount stores, and distributors servicing independent grocers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Precise order entry and delivery tracking
  • Credit processing and occasional consumer product support
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient order processing using SAP
  • Managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) functions
