Job Title: Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service for our customers by achieving maximum order fulfillment and responsiveness to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage daily customer orders to maximize fulfillment, ensuring high volumes of sales orders are processed accurately and within required cut-off times.
  • Customer Enquiries: Manage daily customer enquiries (Incl. Inbound calls, emails and faxes) and provide service support to the internal sales organisation.
  • Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints, ensuring ownership and resolution of the issues raised.
  • Communication: Create and maintain open communication channels with distribution, transport & inventory teams across the country.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all front-line operators of the wider Supply Chain team to ensure the highest levels of service are achieved and business objectives are met.
  • Credit Management: Manage customer credits ensuring they are only processed in SAP once appropriate documentation has been received from the state DC teams. Investigate claims as required to ensure they are accurate and complete.
Requirements:
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data Entry: Possess high-level data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
  • Time Management: Meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Team Player: Show initiative and work well with others in an open team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
