About the Role

The role entails leading product development and delivery initiatives for a mobility portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing ICT technical services, encompassing product development methodologies, principles, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, implement, and review systems development management frameworks to drive organisational efficiency.
  • Rapidly deliver high-quality changes with minimal lead time by leveraging ITIL Change Enablement practices and coordinating effective Release Management.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive product and portfolio delivery roadmaps that encompass new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions across all major software products and smaller applications.
  • Manage interdependencies with other strategic programs and BAU initiatives to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and optimised resource allocation.
  • Establish effective relationships with critical vendors and partners to ensure performance against contractual parameters.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience operating under broad direction and exercising significant levels of independent judgement and delegated authority.
  • Extensive experience in managing and improving ICT technical services, including ICT standards and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development methodologies, principles, and practices.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms, modern networking, and security.
  • Application & Device Management: Skilled in modern app development, cloud-native architectures, DevSecOps, SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
