We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rural Generalist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in remote and rural locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of health needs, including emergency, trauma, obstetrics, anaesthetics, and comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient outcomes and staff well-being.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Enrolment in Australian General Practice Training (or equivalent).
- Training towards fellowship of either the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine, or Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners.
- Ability to relocate to Port Augusta.
