About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Steward to join our team at Moxy Sydney Airport. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, and pot-scrubbing station.
  • Wash and disinfect all kitchen cutlery, dishes, tools, and equipment.
  • Empty and maintain bins and areas.
  • Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
  • Maintain strong food safety and property standards.
About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for the industry, relevant experience in a similar role, and a trade industry qualification or completion of a Commercial Cookery qualification. You should be self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and smart solutions.
