Your Role

As an Intermediate to Advanced Scaffolder, you will play a crucial role in helping us shape the future of our business. Our team is dedicated and passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for someone who shares our values.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for planning and executing scaffolding projects with sound organisational skills.
  • You will utilise your experience and knowledge to deliver high-quality work and ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • You will take pride in your work and contribute to a hard-working team that values teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
  • You should have experience working in a mining construction and operations environment.
  • Erecting scaffolding structures around mining sites to provide safe access for workers and equipment is a key responsibility.
  • You will be required to regularly inspect scaffolding for damage or wear and tear.
  • You will need to follow blueprints, diagrams, or specific instructions to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Safely dismantling scaffolding structures is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Handling and maintaining tools and equipment used in scaffolding assembly and maintenance is essential.
Desirable Qualifications
  • A valid C Class Drivers' Licence is required as a minimum.
  • HRWL with relevant qualification is highly desirable.
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Elevated Work Platform tickets are also essential.
  • C6 or CO tickets are highly desirable.
  • A Construction Card is necessary.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team are crucial.
  • You should be willing to obtain a National Police Check and undergo a pre-employment medical.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork mindset are essential.
  • Previous underground experience would be viewed favourably but is not essential.
  • A safety-first mindset, following safety protocols and hazard procedures, is vital.
