We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at Great Beginnings Kelso.
Role Overview:
The Lead Educator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. This role involves building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to NQS and EYLF guidelines
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, communicating effectively through various channels
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and improve quality of care
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification in Children's Services (ACECQA approved)
- Proven experience working with children 0-5 years in an early childhood setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current Blue Card and First Aid certification
