Job Title: Specimen Collector

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Specimen Collector to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role (30 hours/week) or a casual position with flexible scheduling.

You will be responsible for collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients, delivering great customer service and quality healthcare with empathy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting samples with care and attention.
  • Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample.
  • Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times.
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.
  • Liaising with customers, clinic staff and couriers.
Requirements
  • Experience in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics.
