Job Overview:We seek an experienced Community Manager to spearhead all Reddit initiatives. You will develop and own an organic Reddit strategy that genuinely adds value to communities, sharing insights on cross-border finance, payments, and global scaling.
Main Responsibilities:- Engage authentically in relevant threads where the brand naturally fits the conversation, answering questions and sharing knowledge without sounding promotional.
- Build relationships with key Redditors in relevant subreddits to ensure the brand is viewed as a trusted participant.
- Track and report performance across engagement, sentiment, brand visibility, and lead generation to refine the strategy and prove impact.
- Use research and social-listening tools to proactively identify relevant conversations and trends.
- A Reddit native who has a deep understanding of subreddit culture and how to engage without being too salesy.
- 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related role, with a proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
