The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Developer Experience team as a Staff Engineer, where you will be responsible for building and operating highly scalable and performant software.

You will lead, coach, and mentor software engineers to foster a culture of technical perfection and ensure platform health for services owned are aligned to SEEK's technical metrics goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with the engineering manager and business analyst to improve Agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and support tools that allow engineers to rapidly create and support systems in compliance with SEEK's standards and guidelines.

  2. Improve platform health, ensuring that our systems are reliable, resilient, and efficient according to SEEK development practices.

  3. Lead, coach, and mentor software engineers to foster a culture of technical perfection.

  4. Ensure platform health for services owned are aligned to SEEK's technical metrics goals.

  5. Improve Agile delivery practices through collaboration with the engineering manager and business analyst.
