Ambitious 3IC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team as a 3IC at our Adidas Homebush Factory Outlet store.

This is a full-time position that involves managing, motivating, and leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sport and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Manage and lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in line with Adidas' brand expectations
• Conduct training and coaching to drive team performance and improve sales results

• Experience as a retail team leader or supervisor in a similar retail environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• A competitive salary estimated to be around $65,000-$75,000 per annum based on industry standards and location
