In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and organizations by delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your specialist knowledge and skills to assist individuals in returning to meaningful engagement in occupations.
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA, AASW.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
