Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Expert to join our team. As a Retail Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice and guidance on beauty products.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Your goal will be to inspire and empower our customers to make informed purchasing decisions and to provide them with a memorable shopping experience.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity working across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Beauty Advisors and other team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and listening to individual needs.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  3. Sales: Meet sales targets by providing expert advice and guidance on beauty products.
  4. Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to support store goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in retail or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Availability: Ability to work across Thursday to Sunday or other peak trading times and provide 3 full days of availability, including late nights and weekends.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide 3 full days of availability across key trading times including late-night and weekend availability.
