Job DescriptionPosition Overview

St Mary MacKillop College is seeking a dedicated and passionate Italian teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise and deliver educational programs modelled within the Catholic Ethos in a positive learning environment.
  • Encourage each student to discover and develop their interests and talents.
  • Develop positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a specific discipline with a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary), or a Bachelor of Education.
  • Previous experience teaching Italian in secondary schools, up to ATAR level is desirable but not essential.
  • Current Teachers Registration and Working with Children Check.
Selection Criteria
  • Willingness to promote and support Catholic values in the performance of their duties.
  • Passion for teaching Italian and sharing that passion with students.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
