Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for clients while adhering to professional Australian standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Consult with clients to create tailored care plans that address their specific issues, preferences, treatment options, and establish a schedule for regular evaluations.
- Ensure the effective execution of each client's care plan.
- Deliver clinically appropriate and personalized interventions as outlined in the care plan.
- Monitor client progress at designated intervals to evaluate the achievement of set goals.
- Engage in the Quality Management System, including customer satisfaction surveys and documentation reviews.
- Adhere to all relevant processes regarding incidents, hazards, and risks, responding promptly and effectively.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Equal Employment Opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of workplace health and safety relevant to your role, understanding associated risks and hazards.
- Participate in team and management meetings to contribute to practice improvement.
- Communicate personal training requirements to the supervising manager.
- Identify and relay observed training needs of colleagues to the supervising manager.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the supervising manager and upper management.
Skills/Attributes:
- Relevant qualifications or degrees enabling practice as a physiotherapist.
- Registration with the appropriate national or state body for physiotherapy practice.
- Client-centered approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Awareness of the diverse needs of clients from various social and cultural backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with a wide range of individuals.
- National Police Clearance (NPC) certificate allowing work with elderly clients.
- Valid driver's license.
