About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care, supporting daily living activities, and working collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Skill Requirements:

  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • An empathetic approach and genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices
