Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Team Member to join our crew at Grill'd Burpengary. As a Team Member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience for our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, fun, and quick-service casual dining restaurant environment, collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Prepare quality ingredients in the kitchen with attention to detail and care
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our business

Next Steps

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to complete a video interview as part of the next stage of the recruitment process. Our roles are permanent part-time, and we're a hospitality business, so you'll need to be available for a mix of shifts during the week and on weekends. You'll be offered the role on the assumption you qualify to commence a Traineeship. Applicants must have and be able to maintain full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
