About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our pioneering team as we launch a new service in Traralgon. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides Support Independent Living (SIL) services to three NDIS participants living in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement personalized support plans based on the needs, preferences, and interests of our participants
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties
- Aid participants in accessing community events, appointments, and other activities that promote their well-being
- Promote choice and control, enabling participants to make informed decisions about their lives

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
