Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role in our clinical team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting therapists across diverse clinical caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting therapists across diverse clinical caseloads
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of new graduate programs
  • Providing leadership and direction to the occupational therapy team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Conducting complex Occupational Therapy assessments, evaluations and developing individualised care plans for children and/or adults with diverse needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, health professionals and service providers to coordinate holistic care interventions
  • Assessing and prescribing assistive technology and home modifications to support client safety and independence
  • Engaging in service development, clinical governance and process improvement initiatives guided by data and best-practice standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised clinical leader with demonstrated supervision and mentorship experience in Occupational Therapy
  • Practised clinical decision-maker across diverse funding systems and client presentations
  • Pasionate about developing clinical teams and shaping future talent
  • Evidence-driven clinical thinker, skilled in guiding quality improvement projects and applied practice
  • Exceptional communicator with both day-to-day support and strategic service contributions
  • Sound judgement balancing innovation, business goals, values and standards
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, including experience as a senior clinician
  • AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated experience working across the lifespan
  • Significant experience within the NDIS, LSA and DHS funding
