Job Title: Production Systems Specialist

As a vital member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at our manufacturing facility.

The role involves a range of tasks including executing scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment. This includes installing and maintaining piping systems, repairing plumbing, fabricating piping, and guaranteeing optimal system performance.

This is an industrial plumbing position that involves heating and cooling piping, threading, steam heat systems, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

  • Provide prompt maintenance services to production, warehouse, and other departments
  • Communicate effectively, respond promptly, and provide assistance to maintenance customers
  • Perform maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and assigned work orders
  • Document work activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Ensure proper shift handovers and detailed record-keeping
  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, recording results
  • Track daily time and adhere to work schedules
  • Identify and order parts, manage inventory with procurement
  • Pursue resource conservation and cost improvements

The ideal candidate will possess minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance, knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical equipment, and strong communication skills and team collaboration.

This position requires physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Work involves high voltage equipment and moving machinery, requiring vigilance for safety and working in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature extremes, and dust.
