Karndean Designflooring is a global interiors company that has been changing perceptions worldwide for over 50 years. Our mission is to deliver the beauty of natural products with durability, suiting every domestic and commercial lifestyle.
As an experienced sales professional, you will be part of our talented Sales Team in Karndean Australia, managing the South Australian territory. You'll have approx. 75 established retail accounts statewide, with some across the Victorian and NSW borders. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring sales budgets are achieved
- Creating and managing a territory specific annual business plan
- Conducting regular business reviews including presentation of reports
Relationship Management:
- Maintaining professional business relationships
- Partnering with clients to identify business opportunities - being the Trusted Advisor
- Identifying knowledge gaps in customers' knowledge and delivering training
- Managing a customer call cycle
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Min. 2 years' experience in a sales account / territory management role
- Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Collaborative approach to build partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate that into practical actions
