Job Title: Regional QA-QC Manager

The key objective of this role is to oversee the quality function in Australia, ensuring that our corporate standards are consistently applied and understood across all projects. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement a culture of continuous improvement within their respective areas of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters in Australia.
  • Maintain close communication with our global head of quality to ensure seamless implementation of our corporate standards.
  • Develop and provide input on guidelines, policies, procedures, templates, process flows, and forms specific to Australia within our Kent Management System library.
  • Contribute to proposals for bids submitted by our organization.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and coordinate project requirements with potential bidders.
  • Attend monthly Project Peer Review meetings to assess the performance of quality assurance on our projects.
On-Project Responsibilities
  • Attend client quality management meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor and address nonconformance reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate QA/QC activities on projects to guarantee quality deliverables.
  • Handle quality-related correspondence with customers and their representatives.
