Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our School of Art and Design. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

About the Role

This is a key appointment that requires a deep understanding of the art and design sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for the School, leading and managing change, and fostering a collaborative and productive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the School's growth and development.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve school goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the School.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and external organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
