Pharmacy Assistant Role
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our Toorak Pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a well-presented and stocked store environment to ensure a welcoming experience for customers.
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
Requirements
- Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers.
- Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a committed team.
