About the Role
  • We're seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our highly dedicated global Legal & Compliance team.
  • You will work closely with other legal team members and key business partners to provide robust legal support, develop strong business partnering relationships, and advise on regulatory environments and legislative changes.
Main Responsibilities
  • Draft contracts with artists, talent managers, agents, venues, partners, sponsors, and suppliers according to specific client needs.
  • Provide legal advice to underpin commercial outcomes and develop strong business partnerships.
  • Advise on intellectual property law, consumer law, and privacy/data protection.
  • Identify and escalate legal and compliance issues and risks.
  • Liaise with external providers and regulatory agencies as needed.
About You
  • Admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW (or other Australian State).
  • Up to 2 years' experience within a corporate/commercial department of a large law firm and/or similar in-house experience, preferably within a consumer service provider, e-commerce/technology, or live entertainment business.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and plain English drafting and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, operate in a fast-paced corporate environment, and multitask effectively.
Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
