Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Inventory Controller to join our team. As the Stockroom Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and appropriate levels of stock are maintained to meet customer demand.

You will play a key role in driving scheduled cycle counts, utilizing and interpreting data and reports to support operational duties, consistently monitoring and investigating negative stock levels, and implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and working in partnership with the Senior Management team, Supply Chain, and Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving scheduled cycle counts to make informed decisions on what stock needs to be adjusted
  • Utilizing and interpreting data and reports to support operational duties
  • Consistently monitoring and investigating negative stock levels
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and working in partnership with the Senior Management team, Supply Chain, and Planning team
Requirements:
  • Prior retail stock management experience across areas of cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, managing profit & loss of stock levels, and sales forecasting
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint & SAP to interpret and input data for daily reporting
  • Suitable level of physical fitness as lifting and shifting boxes that can weigh up to 15kg
  • Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail by tracking stock levels to ensure your store represents the brand
  • Passion to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition
