We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Handler/ MR Driver to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely managing and internally moving all consignments that come in and out of our depot in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Safely manage and internally move consignments
- Label consignments for efficient routing
- Sort consignments to the correct delivery area
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Be flexible to work in any shifts and work additional hours if required
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- MR license is a must
- Forklift license is advantageous
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Safety-focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
