Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multiskilled Operator to join our team at a leading global provider of high-quality metallurgical coal and thermal coal products. As a Multiskilled Operator, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment, including CAT 789 dump trucks, Dozer D10/D11, Grader 16/24, and Excavator, in a coal mining setting.

About the Role

This is a Lifestyle roster position, with roles available for Residential and DIDO Operators. DIDO roles will have Camp Supplied. You will be working in a busy mine, collaborating with a team to achieve production targets. The ideal candidate will have previous mining experience operating dump trucks with a minimum skill of CAT 789 + two other skills such as Truck + Dozer + Grader or Excavator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a range of heavy equipment, including CAT 789 dump trucks, Dozer D10/D11, Grader 16/24, and Excavator, in a coal mining setting.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve production targets.
  • Meet safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous mining experience operating dump trucks with a minimum skill of CAT 789 + two other skills such as Truck + Dozer + Grader or Excavator.
  • Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
  • SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia.
  • The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment prior to commencement.
