Optical Sales Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales-focused team and drive customer satisfaction in our Carousel store, Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales-focused team to exceed customer service expectations and contribute to the growth of the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales-focused team to achieve sales targets and retail metrics
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and KPIs effectively
  • Foster a positive team culture and encourage continuous learning and improvement
