Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Holistic Wellbeing Specialist to join our Fortescue Chaplaincy / Wellbeing Support team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing comprehensive holistic wellbeing support across diverse organisational settings, fostering inclusivity and embracing individuals from diverse beliefs, social, and cultural backgrounds.

About the Role

  • This is a casual position with a relief roster – FIFO ex Perth.
  • The successful candidate will work across various Fortescue sites.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised wellbeing support to employees, contractors, and their families.
  • Navigate intricate interpersonal dynamics and assess individual needs.
  • Demonstrate advanced listening, reflective, and communication competencies.
  • Prioritise one's own holistic wellbeing & self-care.
  • Dedication and commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Demonstrate computer skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health, Pastoral Care, Counselling, Social Work, Health, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent form of reflective practice.
  • Mental Health First Aid Training or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a history and ongoing practice and exploration of personal formation and growth.
  • Drivers Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check
