Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to customers' needs.
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation, including cooking, plating, and serving food and beverages.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Responding to customer feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous kitchen experience is great but not essential – we’re happy to teach the right person.
