Pool Safety Professional

As a Lifeguard, you'll provide a safe swimming environment for centre visitors.
- You'll be patient, focused and friendly to keep pool-users informed and safe.
- Duties of the role include:
- Supervising a large aquatic space while pro-actively ensuring a safe environment in and around the pool area
- Maintaining concentrated observation of pools and patrons to anticipate and respond to problems
- Ensuring facility rules are being obeyed whilst at the same time educating facility users about safe aquatic practices
- Carrying out intervention and preventative action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patrons, the facility and equipment
- This is a casual position with an hourly rate up to $33.37 + Super.
- Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate - funding may be available
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
