Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices in our organisation. As a leader, you'll support the team to be excellent by coaching them in reflecting, adapting, and improving their processes. You'll drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices, laying the foundation for a culture of collaboration, transparency, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile processes and support development teams in delivering high-quality products
  • Drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and efficiency
  • Coach teams in reflecting, adapting, and improving their processes
  • Support the development of an environment where teams feel empowered to experiment, fail fast, and iterate toward success
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in similar Agile roles
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and ideally certification as a DevOps Practitioner
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Continuous Improvement, and DevOps frameworks
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools, including Azure DevOps
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience working with technical teams in cloud and data environments
