Pharmacist Opportunity

The pharmacy is seeking a qualified pharmacist to fill the role of sole pharmacist. This opportunity provides a unique chance to work independently and take charge of dispensing medication, ordering cannabis as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medication according to patient needs and order cannabis when necessary.
  • Perform medschecks and vaccinations for patients who have been accredited.
  • ECP and Medical Termination Pill dispensing are preferred but not essential skills.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) is mandatory.
  • A strong background in cannabis experience is crucial.
  • While Fred preference is noted, it is not an essential requirement.
  • Vaccination experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable handling ECP and Medical Termination pill dispensing is a plus.

Working Hours:

Weekdays 8am-5pm without breaks; Saturdays 8am-12pm without breaks; Closed on Sundays.

Remuneration:

Weekday rates are $70 per hour plus superannuation; Weekend rates are $75 per hour plus superannuation.
