Employment Opportunity: Injury Management Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Injury Management Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement early intervention strategies to prevent workplace injuries
- Lead injury management programs, providing support to injured workers, line managers, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and review return-to-work strategies to ensure successful outcomes
This is a temporary position based in Melbourne with opportunities to work from home. Occasional travel to various sites may be required.
Requirements:- Proven experience in employer settings, preferably with a focus on workplace health and safety
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze trends, develop reports, and implement data-driven early intervention programs
- A valid Victorian driver's license
