Job Title: Property Restorer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced property restorer to carry out restoration and mitigation works at affected properties.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritise tasks efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Attend properties affected by water damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress and mould growth
  • Install and monitor specialist equipment for restoration works
  • Communicate with stakeholders including staff, property owners, managers and clients
  • Complete job specific documentation and onsite reporting

The successful candidate will have:

  • Property restoration or cleaning experience (highly regarded)
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • A great work ethic and positive attitude
  • A valid driver's licence is required
