Job Description

This role is focused on delivering and supporting clinical learning experiences that build the capability and confidence of our clinical team members. You will be responsible for coordinating clinical onboarding and learning pathways, partnering with subject matter experts to tailor and deliver role-specific training, and supporting the planning and rollout of healthcare compliance and clinical learning programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current clinical qualification and AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 4 years of post-grad clinical experience
  • Experience in clinical education or training delivery
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Confidence using Google Suite and learning systems (LMS)
