Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Corporate Litigation Attorney. As a senior member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing complex corporate litigation cases, including significant corporate disputes and regulatory investigations.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and conducting complex corporate litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, preparing evidence, and engaging in negotiations with opposing counsel;
  • Collaborating with partners and other lawyers to develop and implement litigation strategies;
  • Providing expert advice to clients on corporate and regulatory matters;
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and developing their skills and expertise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department;
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate and regulatory matters, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
