About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Landscape Foreman to join our team at Buildability Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of tradespeople and labourers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
  • Procure materials, equipment, and resources to support project delivery
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to WHS regulations and company policies
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure projects meet company standards
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with project managers to report on project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and control project costs, including tracking and forecasting expenses
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman in the landscaping industry
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial, residential, or civil landscaping projects
  • Valid driver's license
