Job Opportunity: Providing Personal Care Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide personal care services to our aged care clients. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general housekeeping and laundry services
  • Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
  • Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

In addition to providing personal care services, you will also be responsible for assisting clients with mobility and therapy goals, including providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

You will work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to find solutions to everyday problems. You will also be required to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
  • An Open class Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
