This is an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our Emergency Department, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to newer or less experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and student nurses.
About You
We are looking for Registered Nurses who possess a strong background in emergency nursing practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have a solid understanding of the principles of emergency nursing, including triage and resuscitation, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
