Primary Care Director Opportunity

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity to take on a key leadership role in delivering remarkable experiences for children every day. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools and partners, while also enjoying autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with school staff and partner on school events and community engagement
  • Enjoy the autonomy to design and deliver engaging programs that meet the needs of children and their families
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues that are inspiring and delightful
  • Manage and support a team of passionate educators to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation
  • Act as a key liaison between TeamKids and school communities, promoting positive relationships and opportunities for collaboration

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You should be a natural leader with an eye for detail, able to create engaging experiences for children while maintaining a focus on quality and safety. A genuine passion for working with children and their families is a must.
