We are seeking a General Practitioner to join our team at The Doctors Mulgrave Road Medical Centre in Cairns. As a GP, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient cohort in a well-established and busy practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical care to patients, including initial consultations and follow-up appointments
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and develop health plans for patients
- Work collaboratively with our experienced nursing team and administration staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in peer support and collegial work environment that values and recognises your experience
- MBBS or equivalent qualification
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Doctors Mulgrave Road Medical Centre is a modern, spacious, and welcoming general practice with an amazing and dedicated administration and nursing team. We offer a mixed billing practice with a strong private, WorkCover, and Pre-Employment Medicals bookings. Our practice is located in a DPA/MMM2 location, eligible for RACGP PEP and FSP training programs. We are a teaching practice with AGPT and RACGP, and we offer multi-disciplinary care with allied health providers onsite, including pharmacy, dentist, pathology, and radiology services.
